The veteran German trainer has confessed there was curiosity about him from Milan, but he dismissed talk of him going into San Siro.
Ralf Rangnick has taken the persistent speculation he’ll eventually become AC Milan’s next head coach.
The prior Schalke, Hoffenheim and RB Leipzig manager was linked with the San Siro article for months.
Reports in Italy have regularly portrayed the deal as being efficiently achieved, but it doesn’t tally with Rangnick’s explanation.

That may come as some surprise to former Milan principal soccer officer Zvonimir Boban, that maintained following his March departure from the club a bargain for Rangnick was agreed last December.
Boban lashed out at his former team and its Chief Executive Officer Ivan Gazidis after his death in Milan, which came about as the 51-year-old thought the prior Arsenal leader had approached Rangnick supporting his back.
